Accepted products in use in the department when designing and delivering digital services in DfE, while a standard is being developed.
All teams must follow digital, data and technology standards to support delivery in DfE. For architects, this means following the architectural DDT standards.
The application of standards is generally assured through co-design in teams, and peer reviews in architecture and technical communities. There will also be checks that standards have been met during service assessments. Occasionally, there may be spot checks to ensure consistent and appropriate application of DfE standards.
Accepted products
While standards are being developed, where relevant, we have accepted products that can be used. Accepted products are products that are currently in use in the department and make most sense to either use or re-use.
If you choose one of these products, you are most likely to be aligned with the standard being developed. More will be added as data is gathered and analysed.
