Peer reviews provide informal assurance at the discovery phase and throughout the agile lifecycle.
Book a mid-phase alpha or beta peer review
A mid-phase peer review can be arranged at alpha or beta phase.
Mid-phase peer reviews are optional. They may be requested by a delivery team or recommended through Cabinet Office spend controls or by a service assessment panel.

Why have one
A mid-phase peer review gives assurance that you are doing the right things and working towards the Service Standard.
It can also help you prepare for an end-of-phase assessment.
